General Terms & Conditions:
- Houseboats arrive at noon and are checked out at 9:00 AM.
- For deluxe houseboats, the air conditioner in the bedrooms will only run from 9:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
- Houseboats are for Exclusive usage and not shared
- Meal plan: Lunch is the first meal and Breakfast is the last (typical Kerala cuisine; please let us know if you need any other cuisine).
- 5 PM till 8 AM Houseboat will be stationed, and the cruise will start again from 8 AM.
- Check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.
- Subject to availability, there will be additional fees for early and late check-ins and check-outs.
- The aforementioned prices depend on the availability of lodging and transportation at the time of reservation.
- Any unused ground transportation, meals, or lodging not used as part of the package will not be refunded in full.
